The Womens’ March today in Washington D.C. today was absolutely amazing. I was hoping it would be but the result was more stunning than I could have ever imagined. But there was also a huge one in London as well, and that’s where I was today! To me having a person like that (I won’t mention his name) as the most powerful man in the world, thinking what he does about women, saying what he does about women and doing what he does to women, gives me a feeling that any sense of innocence there might have been left in the world has finally gone. What message does this give to our daughters – what do we say when they ask us about this man and what he has done? And what example does it set to our sons? I chanced upon this photo opportunity at StoryBrooke and it summed up how I feel – what price the innocent toys of childhood now?
